Absolutely deplorable attitude and behavior from Steve Price. Job hasnt been done yet and has been ongoing since June. Each time I have rung (twice) to enquire about how things are going I get a disgruntled arrogant responce from Steve Price to the point I that I rang my insurance company to try and cancel and change to another smash repair business. Steve Price then spoke to me and told me he had the parts and was just waiting for me to take in my car for a paint match. I took in my car over 2 weeks ago and still have not heard back.I again rang today and in return I recieved a mouthful of abusive swearing and screaming down the phone at me, telling me how pathetic I was being so concerned about such a small job and there were other people that were waiting on bigger jobs than mine and then started with name calling and fowl language, until i had to hang up on him. I was shaking by the end of the phone call. I am lucky I have it recorded on my navman.I will jot be taking my car anywhere near his shop or him. I will also be reporting his abusive phone call.Steve Price you are a rude angry, disgrace of an individual, and need to learn some common decency and manners.
Have had great experiences everytime i have had to have a vehicle repaired here. Over the past 4 years i have used steve with 5 different incidents and have had great service every time. All with late model 4wds and new vw passat. The workshop is always busy but the quality of work is of a very high standard and the service is great. Even got dropped off and picked up in town. I would recommend macksville smash to every one.

Worst experience of my life!!!After an accident last year I had my car towed to this wreckers. The owner claimed a few days after got there he would do a quote up and that it would roughly be around $2000 which is more then fair for the damage. After 2months of insurance companies arguing and christmas holidays the quote was yet to be done up. My mother called on my behalf twice after this before we finally were told the car was non repairable! My indicated we would want my brand new tyres and he said thats fine they would probably pay a little for the car in scraps. A week on brings us to today, I rang to organize everything to be abused, sworn at and called obscene profanities because I wasn't going to let them just have my car or keep my tyres. By the end of it, I had to hang up. The language coming from the owners mouth was makinh me sick. I had a friend ring back who he abused, told the car would be dumped out the front and hung up on them. Since then I have found a lovely HONEST gentleman at a scrap repairs in grafton who will be picking my car up tomorrow for a very nice price! After all this the owner then rings me abusing me saying he paid for my tow! Meanwhile I pull the reciept out and tell him the price i paid and he responds, "oh well you must of paid someone else b**ch"Stay the hell away from this place if you know what is good for you, they will stuff you around, rip you you off and swear at you worse then gordan ramsay on my kitchen nightmares!
